SMS Communications Terms

Program Description

Howard Fiduciary Investments LLC ("HFI") uses SMS for operational communications with existing clients and prospective clients who have provided express consent. Messages include appointment scheduling and confirmations, meeting follow-ups, document receipt acknowledgment, account notifications, and time-sensitive security alerts. HFI does not send marketing, promotional, or solicitation text messages.

Consent

Consent to receive SMS from HFI is established when a client or prospective client furnishes a mobile number to the Firm, whether in writing, verbally, or through the Firm's website contact form. Consent is not a condition of engaging HFI's advisory services.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on account activity. Most clients receive fewer than four messages per month.

Costs

HFI does not charge for SMS communications. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.

Opt-Out

Reply STOP to any message to cancel. HFI will send one confirmation and will not send further messages. To re-enroll, contact HFI directly.

Privacy

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or text message consent records with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. SMS content is retained as a business record in accordance with applicable recordkeeping requirements.
